I Haven’t Retired. I’ve Just Picked a New Squirrel!

You can’t chase two squirrels at once. So I picked mine!

For years, my mission has been helping people move better, feel better, and find a little More JOY & Less OY™ with simple, doable Tiny Tweaks™. And that’s not changing!

I’m still moving your (fine young) assets with my Club FUNIQ® Total Body classes and Better Brains, Balance & Booties by Beth classes. I’m still motivating your staff through workplace wellness programs, bringing wellness and laughter to your events, and offering Tiny Tweaks™ to your eats. Those adventures are still very much alive! I'm just not doing them as often.

Butt (pun intended) lately, I’ve decided to chase a different squirrel: Butchy! 🐾

My new children’s book, Adventures With Butchy: You Can’t Chase Two Squirrels at Once, has opened up a whole new world for me. Writing and promoting a children’s book is a new adventure, and I’m learning as I go. There’s no perfect roadmap, so I’m taking my own advice: try something new, embrace the challenge, and take the next Tiny Tweak™!

Why kids and dogs? Well, let’s just say they can be a little more enthusiastic about adventures than some of the grown-ups I’ve "worked on" (rather than "tried") motivating to help themselves. 😂
