If your head’s nodding faster than your hips on Zumba night, you’re in the right place. Welcome to More JOY Less OY—my brand-new, bite-sized podcast designed to help you feel, move, look, and live in full-on amazingness.

I’m Bethanne Weiss, B.S.—ACE Certified Fitness, Nutrition & Behavior-change specialist, author of Move Your Assets: From the Chair, Not the Bank, wellness warrior, and motivational speaker who has helped a gazillion peops (including myself!) go from "OY vey" to "heck yes!"

Trust me, I GET IT. I’ve battled chronic pain, dizziness and balance issues, fatigue, caregiver burnout, an eating disorder, and feet that belong on a rotisserie chicken (yep, true story.) I know firsthand: OY is inevitable, but JOY? That’s a choice. And I’m here to help you choose it—one tiny tweak at a time.


Each episode is less than 20ish minutes, so you can listen while you’re walking the dog, wandering your neighborhood (hi, JOYsters on the trail!,) folding laundry, or even while pretending to clean your kitchen. We’ll tackle everything from your posture to your peeps, your hands and feet to your beliefs, and your eats to your cheeks (yes, those cheeks).


And—while I may sometimes be as sweet as a slice of (yummy) peanut butter pie (yes, I fully believe in having my cake and my vino and enjoying both guilt-free,) I will abso-freakin-lutely give you that slap upside your fine young assets that even your doctor, your BFF, and your mirror are afraid to deliver. I am NOT afraid—because sugar-coating might taste good, but it doesn’t move your assets.
